We’re excited to be returning to the Music & Drama Education Expo 2026, taking place at the Business Design Centre in London from Thursday 12 to Friday 13 February 2026—and we’d love for you to come by and say hello.
Whether you’re a music educator, drama specialist, school leader, instrumental teacher, or simply passionate about shaping the next generation of performers, our team is ready to support you with fresh ideas, inspiring resources, and innovative tools for the year ahead.
Pop by and you’ll be able to learn about our latest music syllabuses, and brand-new violin books for string players, updated repertoire, and our multiple pathways for musical progression. We’ll also be demonstrating our brilliant digital music theory platform, which goes far beyond multiple-choice questions. Educators can test—and teach—real understanding of staff notation, with tools that support both the reading and writing of music.
Alongside this you can explore NoteLab Music, our flexible digital teaching and practice tool that helps streamline lesson planning and reduce administration time. It’s designed to make music teaching smoother, more organised, and more personalised.
And for performers looking to take the next step in their musical journey, we’re proud to present our newly launched Rock & Pop Diplomas at ATCL, LTCL and FTCL levels, plus a brand-new digital FTCL Diploma now available for Classical and Jazz musicians.

One of the highlights at our stand will be the Awards and Certificates in Musical Development (ACMD)—an industry-first, all-inclusive qualification for music performers of all levels and needs. Delivered through teacher- or music-leader-based assessment of current performance, the ACMD is grounded in the Sounds of Intent framework, created by Professor Adam Ockelford of the University of Roehampton.
The ACMD represents a huge step forward in accessible, meaningful musical assessment ensuring that every learner—regardless of their abilities, support needs, or stage of development—can have their musical growth recognised authentically and comprehensively.
On Friday 13 February at 11:10am in the Seminar Theatre, experienced music educator, performer, and a UK & Ireland Business Development Manager for Music, Jen Flatman, will be presenting:
Expressing their Musical Personality: How to Equip your Students in the Art of Performance
This inspiring session will explore practical strategies for helping students express their individuality on stage. Jen will delve into how assessment, personalised repertoire choices, and supportive feedback can build confidence, reduce performance anxiety, and nurture expressive, resilient young musicians. It’s a must-attend for anyone helping learners grow not only as performers but as creative, independent artists.
Drama teachers visiting the Expo can explore how to elevate classroom and studio work with our Acting for Screen qualifications and dynamic Performance Arts syllabus. These engaging pathways build screen acting and contemporary performance techniques, giving learners the chance to grow as versatile performers ready for the demands of modern screen and theatre roles.
Alongside our wider qualifications offer, we’re also proud to champion Arts Award, a unique suite of qualifications that celebrates achievement across multiple art forms. Arts Award provides flexible pathways for young people to explore their creativity, develop leadership skills, and receive formal recognition for their artistic journeys—whether in music, drama, visual art, digital media, or beyond. Be sure to ask us about how Arts Award can complement your existing arts provision and help your students shine.
Of course, a visit to our stand isn’t just about learning—it’s also about having fun! Visitors can try out our quick rhythm exercises on a Roland electronic drum kit, perfect for a little creative energy boost during the Expo.
And don’t forget to have a go at Spin to Win—our prize wheel where you could walkaway with chocolate, a fun USB stick, or even a portable USB speaker!
We’re looking forward to meeting educators from across the country—and beyond—to share ideas, answer questions, and explore how we can support your teaching and learning goals for 2026 and beyond. Whether you’re looking for new digital tools, inclusive assessment pathways, inspiring resources, or guidance on nurturing musical and dramatic expression, our team will be ready to help.
